  Maybe the WT does have it wrong about who the term great crowd is being referred to in this scripture. But the Bible still gives a number of how many it is that goes to heaven. Does it make JW evil if they have it wrong?

  and they can no longer die; for they are like the angels. They are God's children, since they are children of the resurrection.

  
  

  The scripture you pointed out reads they are like angles because the resurrected are now undieing. If they go to heaven why doesn't it just say they are now angels?

  The Bible doesn't say humans will be resurrected to heaven. It just says thier will be a resurrection. The scripture says blood and flesh can't inherit the kingdom of the heaven. The Bible also talks of what paradise on earth would be like just look at the scripture I gave you. It also says no one will be sick. Thiers another that says God created earth to be inhabited. Why would he go back on this?

  I see now. The teaching is that the 140000 are of the great crowd. So either way they are both the great crowd. Jesus says he will rescue both so I don't see the issue.

  I have never heard of a spiritual resurrection. If by that you mean the 144000 the bible does say they come from the Earth.

  The JW teach the great crowd is the 144000. That many of the 14000 are already in heaven and that before the tribulation starts Jesus will gather the rest of them who aren't already in heaven to join in the fight of Armageddon.

  does the wts/ bethel keep a database of all of its active members?

  the only reason i ask is cause my brother got into a pickle.

  he and a girl sexted she went to the elders and tried to tell on him, but she didn't know what was his congregation, and i dont think that they keep the publisher cards, but do they have his name in file and can just look him up and find his hall or do they need his congregation name in order to catch him?

  he told me about this, ive told him to try this out, he wouldn't ..but now i'm curious, whether or not they have him and all his information.

  Sanchy I read chapter 7. It seems Jesus said before the tribulation let us seal the 144000. And then after he does that it says look a great crowd was with him. So I guess the great crowd is actually the 144000.

  Outlaw its not wrong that that Catholics and JW use the same name. We loathe no one because the bible says love everyone.
